Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Facebook Ads Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our team and take our clients’ ad creatives to the next level.
Our agency works with high-profile e-commerce brands, and we need an experienced video editor and designer who understands direct-response marketing, ad performance metrics, and how to craft scroll-stopping creatives that drive conversions.
This role is ideal for someone who can blend creativity with data—designing high-converting static and video ads for Facebook & Instagram while continuously testing and iterating on what works best.
We are looking for a team player who can work closely with our growth marketing team to conceptualize, edit, and refine ad creatives that deliver results.
The Ideal Candidate Has:
A deep understanding of Facebook Ads creatives and how visual storytelling impacts conversion rates
Strong experience in video editing and graphic design for social media ads
Ability to analyze ad performance and adjust creatives to improve results
An eye for trends—knowing what works and what doesn’t on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Experience creating thumb-stopping hooks within the first 3-5 seconds of an ad
Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt creatives based on performance data
A portfolio showcasing high-performing ad creatives (video & static)
Responsibilities:
🎬 Edit & design high-performing ad creatives for Facebook & Instagram
🎯 Optimize creatives based on ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, engagement rates)
📈 Run creative testing campaigns and analyze results to determine winning variations
🔍 Stay ahead of social media ad trends to create fresh and engaging ad concepts
📊 Work closely with the media buying team to develop creatives aligned with performance goals
📢 Develop multiple creative variations for split testing and rapid iteration
Qualifications & Experience:
2-4+ years of experience in video editing & graphic design for paid social ads
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Canva
Experience in direct-response marketing and performance-driven creative design
Ability to craft engaging, story-driven video ads optimized for Facebook’s algorithm
Strong understanding of marketing psychology and ad creative best practices
Portfolio of high-converting video & static ad creatives
Bonus Points:
Experience with UGC-style ad creatives
Familiarity with Facebook & TikTok Ads best practices
Background in DTC/e-commerce advertising
Comfortable using Monday.com, Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack for collaboration
