Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an e-commerce growth marketing specialist who can come in and manage the growth and performance of our e-commerce clients that we work with. Our agency works with high-profile e-commerce clients and need a seasoned growth marketing and performance marketing paid media specialist who can work with our clients to implement growth strategies.
We are looking for a team player who can work well with the rest of our growth marketing team.
The right candidate will be task-oriented, analytical, and willing to keep our clients happy and their ad accounts on pace to make sure we are meeting or exceeding expectations.
We need someone who can thrive in our fun and fast-paced environment while ensuring that all responsibilities are being handled in a swift and timely manner. A self-starter who can see problems and get to work fixing them proactively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce marketing, growth marketing, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and creative testing. Ideally you should also be knowledgable on creating statistical growth models, budget forecasts, calculating customer lifetime value, etc.
Additional experience with running Google ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads is a plus.
Must have a portfolio of work that demonstrates the results that you have been able to provide and the KPIs you have hit. Must also demonstrate your skills with creative testing through media buying on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ads.
