Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce UX/UI Designer/researcher with a strong background in conversion rate optimization. Graphic design skills are a bonus. We need someone who can work in a growing company and fast-paced environment. Must be able to deliver solid results and have a great work ethic/communication skills or you probably will not be a good fit.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in website conversion rate optimization and UX/UI website design along with creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for CRO, UX/UI website design, UX/UI research, and graphic design SPECIFICALLY IN THE E-COMMERCE INDUSTRY. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as Figma.

We are looking for someone who is an all-star team player and wants to be the best at anything they do. We need someone who has expert-level UX/UI design and graphic design skills and who can lead conversations with confidence and make effective decisions on the fly.

Responsibilities

  • Creating various detailed UX/UI designs via Figma using CRO best practices
  • Create landing page funnels in Figma for e-commerce products and offers
  • Analyzing heatmaps and creating A/B split-test ideas to improve conversion rates
  • Communicate with clients to effectively handle their revisions and concerns on the works that you create
  • Communicate with the website development team to ensure your UX/UI designs are implemented effectively and exactly to your specifications. Must also know how to perform quality checks.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
  • Create compelling ad creative designs, and website graphics that sell
  • Research direct and indirect competitors of our clients to create UX/UI designs of optimized versions of their websites
  • Create beautiful and effective UX/UI designs of e-commerce websites that consist of various CRO aspects
  • Maintain awareness of the current e-commerce industry trends, technology trends, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design or related field OR 3-4 years of experience in UX/UI Design SPECIFICALLY FOR E-COMMERCE
  • 2-3 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization and A/B split-testing
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field OR 2-3 years of experience in graphic design SPECIFICALLY FOR E-COMMERCE
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
  • Must have a strong understanding of AI and how to use it within the workplace to make your job easier
  • Autonomous worker with a creative mind
  • Portfolio of work

Compensation:

  • $1200 - $2200 USD per month
