We are looking for a talented and creative Personal Branding & Social Media Manager to elevate the online presence of key individuals within the company. This role focuses on building and growing personal brands through strategic social media management, content creation, and community engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal Branding Strategy:

• Develop and implement personal branding strategies for company leaders to establish authority and influence in the B2B and SaaS space.
• Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to align their brand presence with the company’s mission and vision.
• Ensure consistency and authenticity across all personal branding channels.

Content Creation & Social Media Management:

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and others.
• Write compelling posts, articles, newsletters, and other content tailored to each executive's brand voice.
• Utilize tools like Figma, Canva, Photoshop, and video editing software to create high-quality graphics and multimedia content.
• Monitor trends to propose innovative ways to strengthen personal brands.

Community Engagement & Networking:

• Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
• Build relationships with influencers, customers, and industry professionals to expand the reach of personal brands.
• Proactively seek collaboration opportunities with relevant communities and networks.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

• Monitor key metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance.
• Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Continuously optimize strategies based on performance data.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or personal branding.
• Proven experience building and growing personal brands, especially in tech or SaaS industries.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, HubSpot, Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software.
• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or platform-specific insights.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• A data-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail and metrics interpretation.
• Excellent English skills (both written and spoken).
