We're building an applied AI research lab at the intersection of artificial intelligence and crypto/Web3. Our lab focuses on developing practical AI implementations with real-world impact, particularly in financial rails that enable AI utility for consumers.

Founded by leaders with backgrounds spanning published AI research, high-TVL crypto projects, major tech–with dedicated funding to pursue our vision.

We're exploring under-examined areas including distributed AI systems, human-AI collaboration, and AI applications in financial rails–the critical infrastructure that makes AI truly useful.

The Role

This is a founding team position with exceptional autonomy and impact potential. You'll build our marketing strategy from scratch, shape our voice in the industry, and drive community engagement across both AI and crypto ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Building: Lead social media presence, coordinate events and speaking opportunities and build relationships with key industry stakeholders and media.
• Content Strategy: Take complete ownership of our brand voice, positioning and narrative by developing content strategy and communications road map.
• Growth Strategy: Drive measurable growth in audience, engagement and influence with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing experience, with deep understanding of AI, crypto, or technical products

• Exceptional English writing and speaking ability with a talent for translating complex concepts

• Experience building technical communities with measurable growth

• Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution mindset

• Self-directed work style with limited need for supervision

Ideal Candidate

• Previous early-stage or research lab marketing experience

• Track record in developer relations or technical community building

• Established network within AI and crypto communities

• Experience in bridging between technical and mainstream audiences

• Data-driven approach to marketing effectiveness
