OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a mid-weight to senior freelance graphic designer to partner with our in-house team on a rolling basis. This is a hands-on role for someone who can both execute polished brand assets and contribute fresh creative ideas across a wide range of projects.

You’ll work closely with our marketing, brand, and product teams to deliver design work that is strategic, on-brand, and visually compelling across digital, packaging, and campaign touchpoints. 15-30 hours a week anticipated.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creative Execution & Design

Design email and social media assets for launches, campaigns, and organic content
Develop paid ad creative (static and light motion) across Meta, Google, and other channels
Create website assets including banners, landing pages, and lifestyle graphics

Packaging & Product Design

Update existing packaging files and support new product launches
Develop packaging concepts for innovation and new SKUs
Prepare files for print production

Photo Editing & Asset Development

Retouch product and lifestyle photography
Perform color correction, compositing, background removal, and web-ready prep

Brand Stewardship

Ensure consistency across all creative outputs
Maintain a cohesive, premium, and recognizable Antelope brand aesthetic

QUALIFICATIONS:

3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio across digital and print
Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)
Experience designing for consumer brands, ideally in CPG, e-commerce, pet, or lifestyle categories
Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills and clean file organization practices
Reliable availability and responsiveness during standard business hours
