Junior Visual Designer

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team at

&another. You’ll collaborate with our design and marketing team to craft engaging visual assets

across a variety of industries. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their skills in digital

ads, social media design, and multidisciplinary brand projects.

What you'll be doing

• Designing for some of India’s top D2C brands - creating performance-driven campaigns with a strong focus on storytelling and visual impact.
• Bringing consistency to brand storytelling across digital platforms.
• Collaborating with the team to maintain cohesive visual identities.
• Supporting on a range of projects including social media content, decks, packaging, and other design deliverables.
• Taking ownership of tasks and delivering high-quality work on time.

Qualifications required

• 1 year of experience in graphic or communication design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Design, or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative skills in digital and print design.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; basic video editing knowledge is a plus.
• Attention to detail, creativity, strong communication, accountability, and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
