📍 Location: Remote (Ukraine-based preferred)
🏢 Company: ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement)
🕰 Type: Full-Time Contractor
💼 Reports To: Founding Engineer | Works closely with CEO, Clinical Ops, and AI teams
🔍 About ANNA
ANNA is a mission-driven, venture-backed autism care company delivering evidence-based, neuroaffirming early intervention services to children aged 1–6. With centers across Massachusetts and national expansion underway, we’re building a new standard of pediatric developmental care—centered around families, supported by AI, and delivered by deeply compassionate clinical teams.
We are seeking a Product Designer based in Ukraine to join our growing tech-enabled team. You’ll work under the guidance of our Founding Engineer, and alongside senior product and design advisors to rapidly prototype, test, and launch intuitive, AI-powered internal tools for clinical and operational workflows.
📅 Note: This role requires at least 4–5 hours of daily availability during U.S. Eastern working hours to enable collaboration with our U.S.-based team.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive, accessible internal tools that sit at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and operational execution—including dashboards, intake forms, treatment note generators, scheduling engines, and more
- Create clear wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, aligned with our product velocity, clinical accuracy, and compliance requirements
- Translate complex and often ambiguous requirements into simple, effective workflows for non-technical users (therapists, schedulers, trainers, ops managers)
- Partner closely with engineering and executive leadership to ensure designs are implementation-ready and deliver real value quickly
- Participate in weekly product sprints, async design reviews, and cross-functional planning meetings—contributing to scoping, prioritization, and MVP strategy
- Conduct rapid user testing with clinical and ops stakeholders; iterate quickly based on feedback from BCBAs, Clinical Directors, and internal users
- Shape and evolve a scalable internal design system, ensuring brand consistency, usability, and accessibility across all ANNA tooling
- Continuously seek creative, efficient design solutions that support both frontline teams and our long-term vision for AI-powered autism care
🧠 You Might Be a Great Fit If You…
- Has 3–6 years of experience designing complex products—especially internal tools, dashboards, or workflow platforms
- Is fluent in Figma, familiar with front-end constraints, and confident designing for technical and non-technical users
- Brings strong visual design skills, a sharp product mindset, and deep user empathy
- Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment, with a bias toward speed, clarity, and iteration
- Communicates clearly and proactively in English—both written and verbal
- Can manage ambiguity, juggle competing priorities, and deliver polished, implementation-ready designs on tight timelines
- Is curious about AI, healthcare, and neurodiversity—and eager to work on tools that blend them all
- Bonus: experience designing in healthcare or with AI tools
