Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design for digital products. Must share link with application
• Tools & Software: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Design Principles: Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Prototyping & Testing: Experience with prototyping tools and conducting usability testing to refine designs.
• Collaboration: Ability to work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life.
• Frontend Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
• Adaptability: Ability to iterate designs based on feedback and user testing.

Responsibilities:

User Experience & Research:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture.
• Analyze user behaviour and feedback to improve design decisions.

UI & Visual Design:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Prototyping & Testing:

• Develop interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder reviews.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to enhance the user experience.
• Continuously refine and optimize UI/UX based on feedback.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to bring designs to life.
• Clearly communicate design rationale and user-centered thinking.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to the overall product strategy.
