Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Ads). The Performance Marketing Specialist will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid advertising campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include managing and analyzing PPC campaigns, conducting keyword research, optimizing ad spend, and driving conversion rates. The role also involves collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling ad content, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing ROI, and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and launch paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms
- Implement conversion tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
- Monitor and analyze campaign data using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc
- Experience with Ad Creation and Copywriting
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Proficiency in keyword research and optimization techniques
- Ability to collaborate with creative teams to develop and optimize ad content
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience in Meta and Google Ads
- Strong experience with conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and remarketing funnels
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics, ROI analysis, and campaign reporting
- Track record of improving CAC, ROAS, and scaling paid campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
