🌌 Overview

We’re recruiting a Chief Data Scientist — a master builder of AI logic, data architecture, and machine intelligence systems. You will lead the Data & Intelligence Core within Anime Universe Labs, creating the backbone for how our technologies think, learn, and evolve.

Your domain spans across:

• Data architecture & modeling
• Machine learning & AI systems
• Knowledge graph and ontology design
• Generative frameworks and simulation engines
• Trust, ethics, and data governance

You will collaborate deeply with the Chief Research Scientist, Chief Knowledge Officer, Master Architect, and CTO to architect the unified data intelligence fabric of the entire Anime Universe ecosystem.

🧩 What You’ll Own

Data Architecture & Infrastructure

• Architect the foundational data models for Synergy AI, SynergyOS, and Anime Universe’s global tech core.
• Design the logic of how data is collected, transformed, contextualized, and federated across systems.
• Define data schemas, pipelines, and architectures that integrate blockchain, AI, and cross-platform systems.

Machine Learning & Model Development

• Lead development of advanced ML frameworks (multi-modal, generative, reinforcement, and self-learning models).
• Evolve Anime Universe’s proprietary AI simulation ecosystem, where systems learn from user behavior, creative processes, and narrative evolution.
• Architect adaptive feedback loops that link real-world data, user creativity, and AI growth.

Data Ethics, Trust & Governance

• Define and enforce data ethics, transparency, and explainability standards.
• Design trust systems, consent frameworks, and blockchain-backed verification models for AI use.
• Build AI systems that respect privacy, enhance creativity, and evolve responsibly.

Collaboration & Systems Integration

• Partner with the Chief Knowledge Officer to merge structured data and unstructured knowledge into a single intelligent ecosystem.
• Work with engineers, designers, and worldbuilders to connect AI, content, and human experience.
• Collaborate with R&D, Game Development, and Product Labs to translate innovation into usable data products.

Research & Evolution

• Drive ongoing exploration into synthetic data generation, contextual reasoning, and emergent behavior modeling.
• Lead experimentation with new AI architectures and distributed intelligence frameworks.
• Define data-driven strategies that power creative autonomy and adaptive worlds.

💡 What We’re Looking For

Experience & Leadership

• 15+ years in AI, machine learning, or data science leadership.
• Experience leading R&D or data architecture at the intersection of AI, systems, and large-scale products.
• You’ve built or led teams that create models, not just train them.

Technical Mastery

• Deep expertise in ML pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, distributed AI systems, and hybrid architectures.
• Fluency in frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, and data orchestration platforms.
• Strong grasp of ontological modeling, knowledge graphs, and AI feedback ecosystems.

Systems Thinking

• You think in loops, flows, and learning systems, not static models.
• You understand how data architecture drives product, business, and creative evolution.
• You design systems that learn, adapt, and improve autonomously.

Future Fluency

• Deep knowledge of AI ethics, federated learning, synthetic intelligence, and multi-agent ecosystems.
• Familiar with tokenized AI economies, data licensing, and smart contract logic.
• You can merge mathematical precision with creative intelligence.
