The AI Developer defines how the entire Anime Universe thinks, adapts, and evolves.

At Anime Universe, AI is not a feature sitting on top of the product. It’s woven into the core of everything: how content is created, how users interact, how systems respond, and how the platform scales intelligently over time. The AI Developer is the one designing that intelligence layer—turning static systems into living, learning, responsive experiences.

We’re looking for a builder first, not just a user of tools—someone who understands AI at a systems level and can design, develop, and scale intelligent solutions from the ground up. This means strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and system design, paired with real experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production. Beyond technical skill, we’re looking for someone who thinks long-term, builds for scale, and is motivated by the opportunity to create foundational technology that will power an entire ecosystem—not just ship isolated features.

We’re offering an equity partner role, not a salaried position:

Overview

We’re looking for an AI Developer who can design, build, and scale intelligent systems that power the core of Anime Universe.

This includes:

• AI-driven content generation
• Intelligent interaction systems
• Adaptive personalization engines
• AI infrastructure across Infinite Verse

What You’ll Own

• Architect and build proprietary AI systems (no external dependency reliance)
• Design and implement ML/AI algorithms from first principles when required
• Develop scalable AI pipelines for real-time and batch processing
• Build core systems for:
• Content generation (text, image, animation support)
• Personalization and recommendation engines
• Behavioral and interaction intelligence
• Optimize performance across large-scale distributed environments
• Integrate AI systems into Infinite Verse products and tools
• Collaborate with:
• AUL (R&D Core)
• Infinite Verse Engineering
• Product + Scribes (Ebb & Flow alignment)
• Contribute to proprietary frameworks, models, and internal AI infrastructure
• Continuously improve systems through experimentation cycles (Ignition → Catalyst → Scale)

• Be adaptable to future technologies (AI, AR/VR, quantum-ready systems)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in AI/ML engineering (models, pipelines, systems)
• Deep understanding of:
• Data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Model training, evaluation, and optimization
• Ability to build systems without over-reliance on external frameworks
• Experience with:
• Distributed systems / large-scale data processing
• Real-time inference systems
• Strong problem-solving mindset — you build solutions, not patches
• Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
• Extreme ownership mindset

Bonus:

• Experience building proprietary AI systems
• Background in creative AI (anime, gaming, storytelling, media)
• Knowledge of blockchain + AI intersections
• Interest in building new programming paradigms / AI languages
