Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive paid ad performance, influencer collaborations, and social media marketing—all aimed at building a thriving creator community and maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Paid Ads & Retargeting – Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube) to drive user acquisition and retention.
• Influencer Collaborations – Identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships to increase brand visibility and credibility.
• Social Media Marketing – Execute engagement-driven campaigns to grow and nurture our online community.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in performance marketing (Meta, Google Ads) with a focus on retargeting.
• Strong network and experience in influencer marketing & partnerships.
• Understanding of social media trends, creator economy, and community building.
• Proficiency in AI tools and analytics – Not just presenting numbers but using data insights to craft winning strategies
