Full Stack Software Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad / Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who brings strong backend development skills, but is also capable of contributing across the stack. You'll play a key role in developing secure, scalable systems that drive our AI-based healthtech platform. Your work will directly impact real-world clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js (or Python/Golang)
• Design secure, scalable APIs to power our frontend and AI services
• Collaborate with the frontend team to build smooth, responsive experiences using React.js
• Implement backend logic for integrating clinical data, user workflows, and AI recommendations
• Own and manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines (abstracted cloud environment)
• Ensure system performance, data security, and uptime in a regulated environment
• Integrate external healthcare systems, labs, and tools via APIs

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a full stack or backend engineer
• Strong backend experience in Node.js (or equivalent like Python, Golang)
• Proficient in SQL/NoSQL databases, API architecture (REST/GraphQL)
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React, with ability to debug and collaborate across UI
• Solid understanding of authentication, session management, and secure data handling
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and version control (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership mindset

Bonus Points

• Experience in healthtech or medtech environments
• Familiarity with FHIR/HL7, or clinical data integrations
• Knowledge of AI model deployment workflows
