Für eines unserer Portfoliounternehmen im E-Commerce- und Amazon-Handel suchen wir erfahrene Co-Investoren und Marketing-Partner, die unternehmerisch denken, Kapital investieren und aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der Marke mitwirken wollen – ohne selbst Vollzeit operativ tätig zu sein.

Das Beteiligungsmodell

Das Unternehmen vertreibt ausgewählte Markenprodukte im B2C- und B2B-Onlinehandel, über

Amazon FBA, Shopify und weitere etablierte Plattformen.

Angelus Capital verantwortet das operative Fundament – unsere Partner bringen Kapital und Marktwissen.

Angelus Capital übernimmt:

• Wareneinkauf & Lieferantenmanagement
• Lagerung, Logistik & Fulfillment (inkl. Amazon FBA)
• Produktmanagement & Pricing
• Plattform-Betreuung (Amazon, Shopify, Otto, etc.)
• Buchhaltung, Controlling & Reporting
• Rechts- & Compliance-Struktur

Co-Investoren & Marketing-Partner übernehmen:

• Mitgestaltung der Marketing- und Wachstumskonzepte
• Unterstützung bei Branding, Social Media & Performance-Kampagnen
• Netzwerk- und Marktimpulse (z. B. Kooperationspartner, Influencer, B2B-Sales)
• Strategisches Sparring & Monitoring der Performance

Anforderungen:

• Nachweisbare Erfolge in Marketing, E-Commerce, Brand-Building oder Business Development
• Strategisches Verständnis für Onlinevertrieb, Performance-Marketing und Markenführung
• Unternehmerische Denkweise und Interesse an Co-Ownership
• Bereitschaft zur Kapitalbeteiligung ab 100.000 €
• Eigenständige, verlässliche Arbeitsweise – auch neben Haupttätigkeit

Nice to have:

• Erfahrung mit Amazon FBA, Shopify, Meta-/Google-Ads oder Funnel-Optimierung
• Bestehendes Netzwerk in Agenturen, Influencer-Marketing oder D2C-Brands

We’re Looking For

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness for co-ownership
• Ability to invest from €100,000
• Reliable, self-driven personality able to collaborate remotely

Nice to Have
