NetSuite Developer/ Product Owner

I am seeking a North-East based NetSuite Product Owner for a client of mine based in the Boston Area. They are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Developer to join a growing technology organization focused on delivering advanced digital solutions that support complex operational environments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving challenging technical problems, building scalable systems, and partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to improve business performance.

In this role, you will be the primary technical owner of our NetSuite platform. You will design, develop, and maintain customizations, integrations, and automation that support both financial and operational processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple global offices and work closely with development, finance, and operations teams to ensure our internal systems are reliable, efficient, and evolving with the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full NetSuite environment, including customizations, scripts, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.x), custom apps, workflows, and automation.
• Update ERP/CRM configurations to support changing business processes.
• Troubleshoot and enhance integrations using SFTP, middleware tools, and NetSuite APIs.
• Maintain documentation, test routines, and validation processes.
• Support system upgrades, regression testing, and vendor coordination.
• Build Saved Searches, dashboards, and custom workflows.
• Identify and deliver system improvements to boost accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide user support, training, and access management.
• Maintain and optimize the custom CRM–ERP integration supporting lead‑to‑cash workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of NetSuite ERP/CRM development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite architecture, custom records, workflows, and SuiteBundles.
• Experience with debugging legacy scripts.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
• Experience with CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce) and middleware tools (Celigo, Boomi, etc.)
• Exposure to related scripting/programming languages (JavaScript, SQL, PHP, etc.)
