Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop and produce visually compelling content, including short-form videos, reels, photography, and graphics.
- Conceptualize and implement innovative social media campaigns that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar, ensuring timely, high-quality posts across all platforms.
- Create captivating event recaps and highlights to share with our online community.
Community Management:
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor social trends and actively participate in conversations to cultivate a vibrant online community.
- Implement strategies to attract new followers, nurture prospects, and build brand loyalty.
Profile Management:
- Oversee and manage all company profiles on review sites and social media platforms, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Respond to comments, direct messages, feedback, and reviews to enhance the company’s online reputation.
Analytics & Optimization:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize engagement, and achieve growth targets.
- Prepare regular reports showcasing progress, engagement, and actionable recommendations.
- Use UTM tracking and analyze data in Google Analytics and Salesforce to assess campaign performance.
Event Promotion & Live Content:
- Promote webinars and live workshops online to boost registration and attendance.
- Attend quarterly live events to capture real-time content, including photography, live social media posting, and creating reels and video clips.
- Collaborate with event teams to seamlessly integrate social media into event promotions and coverage.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Extensive experience managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Proficiency with social content management and design applications such as Sprout Social, Canva, and Munch.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on audience engagement.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, content management systems (CMS), and marketing software.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with a strong command of grammar, tone, and style.
- Skilled in crafting engaging posts, captions, and responses for diverse audiences across various platforms.
- Comfortable working with a remote team and adapting to different communication styles.
Preferred:
- Experience in the financial services, legal, or real estate industries.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software.
- Experience with social review applications (e.g., Trustpilot, Google Reviews, and Yelp) is a plus.
Tech Requirements:
- A computer with 16 GB of DDR5 RAM (preferred) or DDR4 RAM (acceptable).
- A noise-canceling headset of good quality.
- Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps upload/download speed.
