We're seeking a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, generate leads, and support our partners and sales teams.
Position Summary
Andavi Solutions is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager who will play a key role in driving brand awareness, demand generation, and sales enablement. This role combines traditional marketing responsibilities with support for sales operations, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and revenue goals. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and collaborate with sales teams to optimize processes that support growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution – Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Director of Marketing.
Project Management – Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources for marketing initiatives.
Content Oversight – Ensure the creation of high-quality content supporting marketing and sales efforts across blogs, case studies, email, social media, presentations, and events.
Messaging – Partner with the leadership and the broader team to draft, edit, and finalize messaging for internal and external communications, campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
Reporting – Track campaign performance metrics, prepare weekly reports for the team, and recommend improvements.
Digital Advertising – Identify opportunities and manage paid media placements across LinkedIn, Instagram, partner sites, and other channels.
Sales Operations & CRM Enablement – Partner with Sales to ensure CRM data integrity and governance, support reporting best practices, and continuously refine processes that drive sales efficiency. This includes streamlining lead routing and handoff workflows, and enabling adoption of automation tools to reduce manual effort. By aligning CRM practices with SaaS sales cycles, ensure accurate funnel and pipeline visibility, and improved collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Collaboration – Partner with sales leadership to ensure marketing strategies align with revenue goals and provide materials that support the sales cycle.
Lead Generation - Support lead generation efforts and provide marketing-qualified leads to sales.
Travel - Represent the company at trade shows and events to build brand awareness, as well as attend regular company in-person sessions. Up to 30% travel.
Market Awareness - Stay updated on industry trends, upcoming brands/products, and competitors, providing insightful reports for the broader team.
