We're a legal tech startup simplifying relocation to Europe, basically making bureaucratic nightmares disappear.

AnchorLess was founded in 2022 by four French entrepreneurs who experienced firsthand the complexities of relocating to Portugal.

We started by mastering Portuguese relocation services, and now we're expanding across Europe with the goal of becoming the go-to platform for seamless European relocation.

💻 Your Mission

- Develop and maintain the AnchorLess platform - new features, clean architecture, and high performance

- Solve complex technical challenges in the legal-tech and automation space

- Collaborate with Design, Support, and Operations to improve user experience

- Build and optimize internal APIs and automation tools

- Contribute to a scalable, maintainable codebase with Valentin (our first developer) and the CTO

- Use AI-based IDEs and modern dev tools to accelerate your workflow

Backend:

- PHP 8.2 / Laravel 11 (deployed via Laravel Forge)

Frontend:

- React Router v7 (previously Remix Run)

- React JS + Tailwind CSS for UI

Infrastructure & Data:

- Hetzner servers

- MySQL with PlanetScale

Tools & Services:

- AWS (S3, Lambda, Textract)

- GitHub (CI/CD)

- Notion (project management)

⭐ The Developer We’re Looking For

- ✅ 3+ years of hands-on experience with Laravel and React JS

- ✅ Fully comfortable working on both backend and frontend (not backend-only)

- ✅ Fluent in English and French (both are required)

- ✅ Proactive, rigorous, and eager to build scalable systems

- ✅ Autonomous and efficient in remote work

- ✅ Curious about AI tools and modern workflows

⚙️ Recruitment Process

Our process usually takes around 2 weeks:

1. Initial screening – quick alignment questions

2. First meeting – with Maxime (CEO)

3. Technical test – small real-world challenge with Valentin (developer)

4. Fit interview - with Ruben and Raphaël (COO & CPO)

5. Welcome aboard!
