Summary

Anaconda is seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager, AI Platform to join our rapidly-growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

What You’ll Do

• Work across teams to translate unique product features and capabilities into impactful persona-based messaging, value propositions, and supporting collateral that describe the unique value of Anaconda’s core products.
• Refine our product launch strategy in partnership with Product Management, starting from product ideation.
• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies spanning AI-led software packages, integration, robust analytics, and optimal user experience across both individual developers and enterprise personas.
• Develop product messaging and positioning that sets us apart from competitors and demonstrates understanding of our customers’ needs
• Orchestrate impactful product launches, working closely with counterparts across Marketing, Product, Sales, Partnerships and Customer Success
• Continuously gather and synthesize insights from prospect meetings, customer interviews, and data from sales tools — to identify ways to improve our messaging, sales process, and product capabilities
• Become an expert in the customer buying decision, user journeys, competitors, and fast-evolving landscape through ongoing research
• Work closely with our Marketing team to execute cohesive campaigns across the marketing funnel to drive customer demand
• Develop collateral and assets (e.g., presentations, data sheets, web pages, papers, customer presentations, demos) that support all stages of the sales process.
• Closely collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop impactful enablement resources and arm the team to better position Anaconda’s solutions in the market.
• Represent the voice of the customer throughout the organization and be an expert on buyer personas, competitors, and the market opportunity for Anaconda’s solutions
• Be an evangelist for Anaconda products at conferences, trade shows, and other events

What You Need

• 5+ years of product marketing experience with developer tools or technical platforms

• Proven experience working across teams to translate unique product features and capabilities into impactful persona-based messaging, value propositions, and supporting collateral that describe the unique value of Anaconda’s core products.

• Experience launching SaaS B2C and B2B products, preferably open-source or data science-related

• Strong understanding of software distribution, DevOps, and AI/ML concepts

• Hard worker, agile, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Strong writing skills

• Have a growth mindset and experience leveraging AI tools to do more, better, faster

• Ability to balance strategy and tactical thinking

• Experience with the SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)

• Experience with one or more startup companies

The US base salary range for this role is $105,400 - $157,000 Base + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.

Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will provide more specific details on the salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
