AMZ Global is a full-service eCommerce consultancy with 100+ clients globally.
We are seeking an executive assistant with a background in digital marketing to support our Managing Partner. The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation and PowerPoint skills, a marketing degree, and a solid understanding of Amazon and e-commerce. This role requires someone with a track record of high performance, confident in developing marketing plans for an e-commerce business, and capable of engaging with high-level stakeholders. A key focus will be on building brand stories and applying marketing skills to narrative creation.
Monthly pay is $1,500 USD gross monthly, with opportunities to grow to $3,500 USD monthly within the first 18 months based on performance.
Our clients are C-Suite executives, entrepreneurs, small business owners & entire marketing teams at Fortune 500 companies.
We have a range of eCommerce projects spanning a dozen countries globally, and the ideal digital marketer for this role would be able to accommodate clients in different time zones.
Primary Tasks for This Role:
-Provide administrative support to the Managing Partner, including scheduling sales calls, developing sales & marketing material, and managing social media.
-Conduct weekly meetings with high-level stakeholders.
-Leverage presentation & PowerPoint ability to customize deliverables for clients.
-Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans specifically for e-commerce businesses.
-Deliver marketing strategies to clients.
-Execute a range of marketing/eCommerce functions (SEO, Advertising, Promotional Strategy, General Marketing/Business Advice).
-Conduct high-level consumer market research.
-Use creativity & business acumen to give sound overall business recommendations.
-Solve complex business problems that arise in an environment that allows a relatively high level of autonomy.
-Participate in sales calls to drum up new business.
-A range of various other functions depending on specific personnel & expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:
You have attained a Degree in Digital Marketing or have digital consulting experience.
You have conducted some coursework in marketing or worked previously in retail.
You are confident with public speaking in English.
You are comfortable editing documents in English.
You have experience in online advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Meta).
You consider your expertise in retail or marketing valuable to B2C clients.
You have the confidence to gain the respect of business executives globally.
