Description:
- Develop and maintain an integrated master program plan across multiple workstreams, including milestones, dependencies, critical path, and cross-functional handoffs.
- Establish and manage a comprehensive program risk and issue register, including risk identification, impact assessment, mitigation planning, ownership, and escalation tracking.
- Consolidate workstream updates into clear, concise executive-level status reports for senior leadership.
- Standardize program reporting by defining common status metrics, reporting templates, data definitions, and governance routines across teams.
- Partner with workstream leads to ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned to program outcomes, delivery milestones, and key decisions.
- Identify cross-workstream dependencies, timeline risks, and execution gaps, and proactively drive resolution.
- Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and executive decks for VP meetings, weekly program reviews, and SteerCos, with a strong focus on clarity, narrative flow, and decision support.
- Translate detailed project data into executive-ready insights, including key accomplishments, risks, decisions needed, milestone health, and next steps.
- Facilitate governance forums by driving agenda development, collecting inputs, tracking action items, and following through on leadership decisions.
- Ensure program communications are consistent, professional, data-driven, and tailored to executive audiences.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of program management, PMO, or portfolio management experience in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Proven experience building integrated plans across multiple workstreams and managing program-level governance.
- Strong experience maintaining risk registers, issue logs, dependency tracking, and escalation processes.
- Demonstrated ability to consolidate large volumes of project information into executive-ready summaries and status reports.
- Expert-level PowerPoint skills with a strong ability to create polished, visually clear, and leadership-ready presentations.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to standardize reporting structures and metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience facilitating SteerCos, executive reviews, or governance forums preferred.
- Experience working in large enterprise programs, transformation initiatives, or highly matrixed organizations preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or similar certification preferred.
