Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our growth efforts and significantly scale our user base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and engagement on our platform. This role is highly cross-functional and requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of coordinating with various teams to achieve aggressive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy to drive platform growth and achieve key performance targets.
- Performance Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEM, social media, content marketing, email) to increase brand awareness and drive user traffic to the consultation platform.
- Community & Practitioner Engagement: Work closely with the doctor community to create compelling content, promotional materials, and co-marketing campaigns that highlight their expertise and attract new users.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a central point of contact for marketing efforts, ensuring seamless collaboration with the Customer Experience (CX), Product, and other internal teams to optimize the user journey from discovery to consultation.
- User Acquisition & Retention: Develop innovative strategies to acquire new users and implement retention programs to increase repeat consultations.
- Content & Communications: Lead the creation of engaging content, including case studies, blog posts, testimonials, and email newsletters, that educate users on the benefits of Ayurvedic consultations.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and user insights to inform marketing decisions and product improvements.
This is a high-impact, performance-oriented role with a clear objective. The primary goal is to drive Amrutam.Global to 10,000 monthly consultations by December, with 30% or more of these being paid consultations. Success will be measured directly against this target and other key performance indicators (KPIs) for user acquisition, conversion rates, and return on investment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 5-8 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a significant focus on digital and growth marketing.
- Domain Expertise: Mandatory experience working with a consultations-based platform is required.
- Digital Marketing Acumen: Deep understanding of a wide range of digital marketing channels and analytics platforms.
- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive and analytical mindset with a strong ability to use data to make informed decisions and solve complex problems.
- Passion for Wellness: A genuine interest in Ayurveda and holistic health is a significant plus.
