Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (LATAM)

Location: Remote – Colombia or Mexico

Experience: 5+ years

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a fast-growing healthcare technology company focused on transforming prescription access. You will be part of a collaborative team building high-impact products using technologies like AWS, Python, JavaScript (React), MySQL/Postgres, and Linux.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop APIs and user-facing features

Build and maintain scalable backend systems

Lead peer code reviews and mentor junior engineers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data, Marketing)

Own product modules end-to-end, ensuring high performance and reliability

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience

Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)

Strong understanding of web technologies, databases, and system architecture

Experience working in high-collaboration environments

Passion for building maintainable, testable code

Preferred:

Background in healthcare, e-commerce, or logistics is a plus

BE/BTech from a reputed institution
