Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain Python scripts and API services to support scalable application and data processing requirements.
• Develop and manage API integrations, ensuring secure, tested, and validated dataflows between internal systems and third-party platforms.
• Work with file transfer protocols and APIs to ingest and manage data feeding into our Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) engine for chatbot applications.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, including both infrastructure as code (IaC) deployments and application code promotion across dev, test, and production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, data engineering, and AI/ML teams to ensure optimal chatbot performance and up-to-date knowledge retrieval.
• Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and performance optimization of integrated systems and services.
