AI/Data Engineer

We are looking for a talented and experienced AI/Data Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI/ML tools, as well as experience with cloud infrastructure, networking, and security. The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our Generative AI tools, as well as support of AI infrastructure and security. This is not a data scientist role. As a data engineer with cloud architecture, you will work closely with other data professionals, software engineers, and business stakeholders to build and maintain efficient, scalable, and secure data pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud-based AI architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines
• Develop and implement AI design to meet cloud best practices and security standards
• Work on Integration of AI/ML tools with PwC internal systems
• Implement and keep monitoring of AI tools
• Prepare data for machine learning and artificial intelligence applications
• Monitor and troubleshoot deployment pipelines
• Communicate with internal business partners including guidance on application design

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps or AI related field
• Hands on experience with Azure OpenAI or Google Vertex AI
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, networking, and security
• Experience with integration tools as ADO or Jenkins
• Strong background in containerization, including cloud native kubernetes services (AKS,EKS)
• Experience with CI/CD and pipelines
• Strong programming skills with languages such as Python and Powershell
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
