Title: Adobe Marketing Automation Specialist (AJO + Adobe Campaign Classic)
Location: 100% Remote
Job Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns using Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Campaign Classic.
• Develop and manage customer journeys and real-time orchestration strategies leveraging Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Create, configure, and monitor email, SMS, push, and in-app campaigns.
• Build and maintain data schemas, targeting workflows, and audience segments.
• Work with APIs and data sources to ensure data flow and integration between systems.
• Perform quality assurance on campaign logic, content, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide best practices and recommendations for campaign optimization, personalization, and deliverability.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, with specific hands-on experience in Adobe Campaign Classic.
• At least 1+ year of hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), customer data management, and real-time segmentation.
• Proficiency in building workflows, delivery templates, personalization scripts (JavaScript/AMPscript/XSLT), and audience targeting logic.
• Experience with database concepts (SQL) and data modeling for campaign execution.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and data ingestion into Adobe tools.
• Good understanding of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
