We’re seeking a Freelancer Senior Graphic Designer to bring ESG and corporate reports to life through exceptional visual storytelling. In this role you will craft high-impact ESG reports, data visualizations, and branding elements that engage stakeholders and enhance corporate sustainability narratives. 📊 What You’ll Do:

✅ ESG & Corporate Report Design

• Design and structure visually engaging ESG and company reports that enhance clarity and impact.

• Transform complex sustainability data into compelling infographics, charts, and visual storytelling elements.

• Ensure all materials align with industry best practices and AmpliQore’s high design standards.

✅ Brand Identity & Visual Consistency

• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all ESG reports and corporate materials.

• Create logos, typography, and branding elements that reinforce a strong visual identity.

• Ensure seamless integration of design, tone, and messaging across all ESG communication assets.

✅ Digital & Social Media Adaptation

• Translate ESG content into high-quality social media graphics, presentations, and marketing assets.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop multi-channel visual campaigns that amplify ESG strategies.

✅ Research & Innovation

• Stay ahead of design trends, ESG reporting standards, and visual storytelling techniques.

• Experiment with new tools, layouts, and data visualization methods to enhance ESG communication.

🖌 What You Bring:

🟢 Expertise in Graphic & Visual Design

• Proven experience in ESG/corporate reporting design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visuals.

• Strong skills in layout, typography, branding, and data visualization.

• Experience designing infographics and complex data representations for sustainability reporting.

🟢 Technical Proficiency

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Canva etc.).

• Understanding of reporting formats (ESEF, xHTML, and other digital standards) is a plus.

• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, storytelling, and UI/UX principles.

🟢 Strategic & Creative Mindset

• Ability to translate ESG data and sustainability strategies into compelling visuals.

• Strong conceptual thinking—able to align design work with corporate ESG goals and stakeholder engagement.

• Experience in working within a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines, and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

🟢 Preferred Experience

• Background in corporate sustainability, ESG, finance, or reporting-related design work.

• Experience developing brand identity for ESG-focused companies.

• Familiarity with social media graphics for ESG campaigns is a plus.
