Amplify is seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Product Marketing Manager, Core Literacy and Professional Development to join our team. In this role, you will support product marketing initiatives for our K–8 English Language Arts (ELA) core literacy programs, as well as sales enablement for our Professional Development services.

The Product Marketing Manager will help shape the voice of the product and contribute to building a loyal customer base by developing compelling positioning, crafting effective messaging, performing in-depth competitive analyses, enabling the sales team, and collaborating with Content & Growth Marketing to drive multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events). You will also support the creation of sales enablement materials for Amplify’s Professional Development offerings.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, collaborative, and an excellent communicator and writer. You must be able to prioritize effectively and balance competing demands. • Act as the voice of the customer. Develop a deep understanding of customer purchasing behaviors, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Use these insights to inform product development roadmaps and marketing strategies.
  • Create marketing collateral and sales resources. Develop one-pagers, brochures, guides, FAQs, pitch decks, competitive research summaries, and product demos to support go-to-market plans.
  • Build deep product expertise. Gain in-depth knowledge of all K-8 core literacy products and craft compelling narratives. Stay informed on product development to guide the sales team and ensure our messaging resonates with customers.
  • Develop print and digital sampling solutions. Contribute to sampling strategies for core literacy products, maintain the Bill of Materials for stadium boxes and sample bags, and support the development of reviewer materials.
  • Champion the product roadmap. Work with Product Managers to understand and communicate the product roadmap. Support launches and translates new features into tools that support sales enablement.
  • Partner with the Professional Development team. Help craft messaging and create sales enablement materials for Amplify’s Professional Development services
  • Maintain product pages. Keep Amplify.com and internal Sales Hub pages for core literacy and professional development up to date and optimized for messaging and usability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in education publishing, ed-tech, or a similar industry
  • Strong writing and editing skills for marketing materials
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing literacy programs, ideally core curriculum
  • Experience marketing to schools and districts
  • Experience conducting and synthesizing research
