Why this role matters
We have proven product–market fi t in the United States and are ready to scale. You will be our fi rst dedicated marketing hire in Brazil, owning day-to-day execution while laying the foundation for a data-driven growth engine. All campaigns you run will target U.S. audiences—primarily compliance and logistics professionals—so strong business-level English and familiarity with American B2B expectations are essential.
Key Responsibilities
● Social Media Marketing (U.S. audience) – Plan and publish LinkedIn posts, short-form videos, and thought-leadership threads in English; engage with comments and industry groups; track follower growth and engagement metrics.
● Email & Newsletter Programs – Build segmented lists of U.S. prospects, write compelling copy, design clean templates, and manage delivery through HubSpot (or similar). Measure open, click-through, and conversion rates.
● Channel Experimentation – Test and scale new acquisition channels for the U.S. market such as webinars, podcasts, communities, paid retargeting, and partner co-marketing. Present ROI analyses to leadership.
● Industry-Focused Content Creation – Produce case studies, blog posts, and gated assets that speak to U.S. trade-compliance professionals; ensure terminology and tone align with their pain points.
● Reporting & Optimization – Maintain a weekly growth dashboard, run A/B tests, and propose data-driven improvements across channels.
What You’ll Bring
● Advanced English profi ciency (written & spoken); able to craft polished, U.S.-oriented content without heavy editing.
● 5 years in B2B digital or growth marketing within Brazil.
● Solid grasp of social copywriting, email best practices, funnel metrics, and basic design principles (Canva, Figma, or Adobe).
● Data-oriented mindset: able to build scrappy reports in Google Sheets or Looker Studio and derive insights.
● Comfortable working across time zones with U.S. stakeholders; proactive communicator on Slack and Zoom.
Bonus Points
● Experience marketing enterprise B2B SaaS solutions.
● Familiarity with generative AI tools for content creation.
