About the Role
amp™ is looking for a sharp and creative Remote Video Editor / Motion Graphic Designer to join our Growth Marketing team. This hybrid role is equal parts video editing and motion design—you’ll craft high-performing paid ads across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, while also creating 3D animations and assets that bring our brand and product to life.
We’re seeking someone who thrives at the intersection of editing, motion graphics, and 3D design (Cinema 4D experience required), and who’s excited to shape the visual voice of a fast-growing fitness tech brand.
This is a highly collaborative and creative role that plays a vital part in translating marketing strategy into compelling, thumb-stopping video assets. You’ll work closely with the Growth Marketing Lead and Creative Lead to bring ideas to life and craft work that drives results, always with speed, intention, and style.
You’ll thrive in this role if you…
- Have strong spoken and written English communication skills. Fluency is a must.
- Bring 4+ years of video editing and motion graphics experience, ideally in an agency or performance marketing environment.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere and After Effects; strong skills in audio mixing, color correction, and refining edits
- Are highly proficient in Cinema 4D and 3D motion design. This is a core part of the role.
- Experience editing direct response ads for paid social platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube)—this is a must
- Are sharp, quick to learn new editing tricks, and always on top of trends
- Have a solid understanding of editing for performance - what makes someone stop scrolling and take action
- Have a strong eye for design and visual storytelling, with fluency in typography, graphics, color, and layout
- Comfort managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Excellent organization and post-production workflow habits (file management, naming conventions, exporting, etc.)
- Familiarity with tools like Frame.io, Trello, Google Workspace, and an openness to AI tools that improve workflow
- A portfolio that showcases high-end commercial, social, or branded content—with bonus points for any hands-on shooting experience
- A low-ego, team-first attitude. You’re curious, kind, collaborative—and bring a sense of humor to the mix
What You’ll Do
- Edit paid video ads optimized for performance marketing goals
- Design and animate high-quality 3D assets using Cinema 4D to enhance motion graphics and product storytelling.
- Support branded content and evergreen videos across social and other marketing channels
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, growth, brand, and product teams
- Stay up to date on social and content trends to continuously elevate our creative output
- Build and maintain efficient editing templates and workflows for scale
- Deliver polished work with speed, agility, and intention
