Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager (Senior/Mid-Level) to lead our digital presence, manage a growing team, and drive results through effective social media strategies. This role involves strategic planning, paid marketing execution, content strategy development, analytics-driven growth, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
- Lead content strategy and calendar planning across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.).
- Drive engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility across local and international audiences.
Team & Project Management
- Manage, mentor, and guide the social media and creative team.
- Oversee workflow, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Immigration Consultants, Sales, HR, Design, etc.) to align messaging.
Content Development
- Supervise creation of engaging visual, written, and video content tailored to different platforms.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Innovate with trending formats (Reels, Shorts, Webinars, Podcasts, Live Sessions).
Paid Marketing & Performance
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and prepare monthly reports.
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor platform analytics, competitor trends, and audience insights.
- Recommend new strategies to improve reach, conversions, and follower growth.
- Experiment with A/B testing, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 4–8 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in immigration, education, recruitment, or service-based industries.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, paid advertising, and content strategies.
- Experience managing small to mid-sized teams.
- Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, and Analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand positioning.
