Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Node.js, TypeScript, AI Tooling)

Contract Length: Initial 3+ Months (with strong potential to extend)

Start Date: Immediate (Monday Start)

Location: Fully Remote (Must be in the EU)

Workload: Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing and maintaining scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Building and integrating AI-powered internal tools to improve developer efficiency and reliability.
• Utilizing GPT-4, Cursor, and similar tools to automate code generation, testing, and documentation workflows.
• Designing AI-enhanced workflows using frameworks like LangChain, n8n, or similar.
• Creating and managing APIs and internal platforms that incorporate prompt-driven logic and code validation.
• Collaborating closely with engineers and product managers to define high-impact features and user flows.
• Establishing best practices for integrating AI tools within engineering workflows.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack or backend-focused engineering roles.
• Deep hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript in commercial settings.
• Proven use of AI developer tools (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Cursor, Copilot) in real-world workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to:
• Use AI to generate, verify, and debug production-level code.
• Design context-aware developer tools (e.g., with memory/context windows).
• Prompt effectively and assess AI outputs for reliability and accuracy.
• Familiarity with LangChain, n8n, or similar orchestrators.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience building AI-enhanced testing or documentation pipelines.
• Understanding of clean architecture, developer experience, and modern DevOps (Docker, CI/CD).
• Interest in or experience with circular economy, sustainability, or responsible tech sectors.
