Off the back of another great RE+ and the continued growth of our renewables practice, Amica Talent are excited to be making moves into the Data Center construction space. We’re now building out a dedicated division and want to connect with Project Managers & Construction Managers who are ready to deliver at the highest level in this market.

We’re partnered with a leading self-performing general contractor at the forefront of data center and mission critical builds across the U.S. This is a rare chance to align with a company known for delivering some of the most technically complex, large-scale projects in the market.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of large ground-up data center projects, driving delivery from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll be client-facing, working directly with owners, architects, engineers, and self-perform teams to make sure projects land on time, on budget, and at the standard this GC is known for.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading multidisciplinary teams across estimating, engineering, field execution, and self-perform.
• Managing full project lifecycle: cost, schedule, risk, procurement, reporting.
• Acting as the key point of contact with clients and design partners.
• Driving safety, quality, and performance while building strong site culture.
• Developing and mentoring engineers and superintendents for fast-paced growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience managing complex commercial or mission critical builds.
• Strong background in cost control, scheduling, and contract management.
• Track record of leading teams and building client trust.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to deliver and grow.
