We are seeking experienced and driven Business Development & Marketing Consultants to represent AML’s advanced testing solutions to healthcare providers across the country. This is a high-impact opportunity for professionals who are passionate about transforming healthcare through innovation in diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and engage new referral sources to expand AML’s market presence.
• Confidently present and promote AML’s laboratory testing services to physicians and healthcare organizations.
• Develop tailored service proposals showcasing AML’s unique testing capabilities and operational advantages.
• Partner closely with the client services team to facilitate client onboarding, conduct in-service training sessions, provide ongoing education and support
• Gather and report client feedback regarding test ordering, turnaround times, results access, and supply logistics, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in outside sales, marketing, or business development—ideally in the medical or laboratory industry.
• At least 2 years of direct laboratory-related sales experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to individuals and groups in clinical settings.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a passion for advancing healthcare.
• Demonstrated alignment with AML’s core values: Accountability, Integrity, Service, and Innovation.
