AMI is currently seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our team. The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for strengthening AMI’s presence in the marketplace by owning and executing AMI’s tradeshow strategy, field marketing programs, regional campaigns, targeted marketing activities that generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth. This role is responsible for executing marketing programs that generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the Business Development team.
The Field Marketing Manager represents AMI externally at tradeshows, conferences, and industry events, serving as an on-site ambassador to reinforce AMI’s brand and connect with key decision makers. This individual executes field marketing programs, creates light content, and campaign activity while working closely with the Creative Director to deliver consistent branding and high-quality assets. The role tracks event performance, marketing-influenced pipeline, and campaign outcomes to support AMI’s goals and help drive growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Event & Tradeshow Strategy and Execution
- Plan and execute AMI’s presence at industry events, tradeshows, and targeted field marketing activities.
- Manage booth logistics, event preparation, assets, signage, tchotchkes, gifts, and collateral.
- Represent AMI onsite; serve as brand ambassador to engage prospects and partners.
- Coordinate pre-event, in-event, and post–event communication flows with Business Development.
- Run a repeatable post event follow up process with BD and track conversion into meetings and opportunities.
- Track event performance, marketing-influenced pipeline, and cost-to-impact measures to refine strategy.
Campaigns, Content & Lead Generation
- Build and execute campaigns tied to AMI’s ideal customer profile and priority target accounts including pharma, biotech, healthcare, and Fortune 1000 accounts.
- Coordinate event content including emails, messaging, event copy, and social nurture follow-up.
- Support pre-event, in-event, and post-event communication flows to elevate engagement and pipeline creation.
- Manage HubSpot for event lists, email sends, simple workflows, and reporting.
QUALIFITCATIONS/SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent area of study or experience); professional or higher qualification in Marketing preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, demand generation or event marketing.
- Strong B2B experience; background in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or corporate events preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tradeshows, events, and field programs.
- Confident and polished presence at conferences and industry gatherings.
- Ability to write clear, concise marketing content; comfortable working with creative resources.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with Sales, Creative, and Operations Teams.
