Job Title: C++ Software Engineer

Contract Duration: 6 months

Rate: 65k – 75k MXN per month as Contractor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled C++ Software Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C++ development and a strong background in cybersecurity. This role involves working on reverse engineering and refactoring projects, with a focus on iOS applications and compiler technologies.

·      Key Responsibilities:

The engineer will develop and maintain software using C++.

·      They will engage in reverse engineering and refactoring of existing codebases and collaborate with a team of engineers to design and implement new software solutions.

·       The role requires utilizing existing compilers like LLVM for development tasks, working closely with the product team to execute high-level architectural plans, and participating in technical assessments, including providing feedback on potential hires.

Qualifications:

·      Candidates must have extensive experience in C++ development and a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including encryption, decryption, and obfuscation.

·      Experience with mobile application development, particularly on iOS, is considered a plus. Familiarity with compiler technologies and reverse engineering is important, as are excellent communication skills and the ability to lead projects.

·      Experience in a leadership or project management role is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience:

A background in cybersecurity products or companies, such as antivirus software, is preferred. Experience with assembly language is a plus, as is familiarity with various C++ versions, including the most recent standards.
