We're on the hunt for a social media mastermind who can transform scrolling thumbs into clicking fingers! As our Social Media Manager, you'll be the creative force behind our digital presence, crafting content that doesn't just get likes—it gets results. Shift- 5 AM -2 PM CST (4.30 PM- 1.30 AM IST)
Workdays- Monday to Friday

What Will You Actually Do?
Channel Strategy:
- Benchmark industry best practices and analyze competitor performance
- Map audience personas to refine targeting strategies
- Create and manage content calendars across platforms (FB, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube)
- Allocate and track paid media budgets effectively
Content & Engagement:
- Develop high-impact posts, stories, and video content that drives brand visibility
- Collaborate with content and design teams on compelling creative assets
- Leverage influencer partnerships and user-generated content to boost authenticity
Paid Media Management:
- Optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X
- Implement A/B testing and audience segmentation for improved targeting
- Track and refine ad performance to maximize ROI
Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze key performance metrics and optimize accordingly
- Generate actionable insights for internal stakeholders
- Identify trends and opportunities to inform strategy adjustments
What Do You Need to Succeed?
Must-Haves:
- 5-7 years of experience juggling both paid and organic social media (EdTech or HealthTech experience is a major plus!)
- Deep expertise with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter/X Ads (you know your CPMs from your CPAs)
- Understanding of content marketing and social algorithms that borders on mind-reading
- Analytical skills sharp enough to find insights in a haystack of data
- Experience working with US markets (you know your EST from your PST)
- Ability to manage multiple projects without breaking a sweat or missing a deadline
