AmerAdjust is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development & Marketing Specialist to drive client growth and elevate our brand presence across the insurance industry. In this pivotal role, you will lead strategic sales efforts, build strong client relationships, and manage our outward-facing marketing initiatives—including social media, promotional materials, and branding. Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients within the insurance industry to expand the AmerAdjust client base.
Conduct tailored sales presentations and service demonstrations to potential clients, emphasizing value, service quality, and long-term partnership potential.
Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for expanded services.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans designed to meet or exceed annual acquisition goals.
Schedule and lead bi-weekly strategy meetings with senior leadership to review business development progress, evaluate promotional materials, align client growth initiatives, and provide updates on prospect status, sales pipeline activity, and client engagement efforts.
Coordinate and complete in-person visits with key clients throughout the year to strengthen relationships, assess satisfaction, and explore additional service opportunities.
Maintain and regularly update the AmerAdjust LinkedIn account by creating and posting weekly, relevant content that promotes company culture, services, industry involvement, and client success stories.
Create, maintain, and enhance professional promotional materials including sales decks, brochures, digital content, and one-pagers that align with the AmerAdjust brand messaging and evolving service offerings.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment across marketing, sales, and service delivery efforts.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to identify growth opportunities and strategic positioning.
Represent AmerAdjust at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads, enhance visibility, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Contribute to a positive customer experience and company culture through clear communication, teamwork, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
