We are currently looking for a Senior Analog Design Engineer Engineer to support our customers within the Strategic Microelectronics Division at Naval Surface Warfare Center - Crane. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software and database applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are met.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Design and develop complex software and database applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
Develop, maintain and improve the software development life cycle
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in software development
Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance. Please note US Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Expertise in at least one programming language such as Java, Python or C#
Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio
Experience with Agile software development methodologies
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, stakeholders and clients
Demonstrated ability to lead a team and provide technical guidance and mentorship

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
Familiarity with Blazor web framework
Experience with cloud computing services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence
Current Secret or Top Secret DoD security clearance.
