We’re looking for a Head of Growth to lead the charge in building our community of early adopters. This is a unique opportunity to define and execute our go-to-market strategy, drive user acquisition, and establish Ambitionz AI as the go-to platform for AI-powered game development.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Community Building & Engagement
• Develop and execute a strategy to attract, engage, and grow our user base of game developers.
• Build and manage Discord, Twitter (X), and other key community platforms.
• Partner with game developers, influencers, and early adopters to create advocacy around Ambitionz AI.
🔹 Growth Marketing & User Acquisition
• Design and execute organic and paid growth campaigns to drive sign-ups.
• Optimize the user journey, improving activation, retention, and referral loops.
• Implement SEO, content marketing, and email strategies to attract inbound leads.
🔹 Product-Led Growth (PLG) Strategy
• Work closely with product and engineering to optimize onboarding, A/B test growth experiments, and refine activation metrics.
• Develop viral and referral loops that encourage developers to share and invite others.
• Identify friction points in the user experience and collaborate on feature improvements.
🔹 Data-Driven Decision Making
• Analyze user behavior, growth funnels, and conversion metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Run experiments and measure key KPIs like CAC, LTV, activation rates, and engagement.
