About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the marketing approach at AmberBox. AmberBox has a large and rapidly growing sales team, and already invests heavily into trade shows and in-person events. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through the creation and execution of targeted campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads, nurturing prospects, and accelerating the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of inbound and outbound marketing strategies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams to deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies that drive lead acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize demand generation campaigns
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and key metrics (MQLs, SQLs, CPL, CAC, ROI) to optimize efforts. Report on the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives and make data-driven recommendations
- Content & Messaging: Develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or a related role.
Skills:
- Expertise in demand generation tactics including email marketing, paid search, display ads, social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM).
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and/or Tableau.
- Ability to create and manage integrated campaigns with measurable impact on lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
