🎯 Role Overview

We’re hiring an Affiliate Marketing Manager to identify, onboard, and manage top affiliates and publishers across the Amazon Associates program, TikTok affiliate program, Instagram, YouTube, blogs, deal/coupon sites, and review platforms. You’ll serve as the bridge between our clients (Amazon sellers) and high-performing affiliates.

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who already has strong industry relationships and understands how to scale affiliate programs efficiently.

🔍 Responsibilities

Identify and recruit affiliates with strong Amazon product marketing experience
Pitch affiliate collaborations to creators and publishers with compelling offers
Manage affiliate onboarding, contracts, and setup via Affyscout & Amazon Attribution
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and continuously grow the network
Track affiliate performance and optimize based on conversion data
Collaborate with internal teams to align on brand goals and performance metrics
Handle commercial negotiations and ensure timely payouts
Stay on top of Amazon’s affiliate policies and trends in creator commerce

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

3–5 years of affiliate or influencer marketing experience
Existing relationships with top Amazon Associates, bloggers, TikTokers, or coupon site managers
Knowledge of Amazon Attribution, Brand Referral Bonus, and affiliate conversion tracking
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
Familiarity with tools like Refersion, Impact, Affyscout, Amazon Attribution, and Google Sheets
Self-starter who thrives on autonomy and results
