UI/UX Designer (Middle/Senior)

Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB

• Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications, from concept ideation to final implementation.
• Translate business requirements and user insights into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Create interactive prototypes and full user flows to support usability testing, product validation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation activities, turning insights into actionable improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to deliver intuitive, scalable, and feasible design solutions.
• Define and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable components to ensure consistency across digital products.
• Present design concepts, prototypes, and rationale effectively to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements.
• Stay up to date with the latest UX methodologies, design trends, and emerging tools to continuously enhance product experience.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking, end-to-end product design, and interactive prototypes.
• Proven ability to design complete user flows and build prototypes for usability testing and product validation.
• Solid knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with cross-functional and international teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
