The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering visually compelling and brand-consistent designs across various communication channels. Spanish fluency is required for this role.

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• 5+ years of experience as a Visual Designer, preferably in marketing or advertising agencies.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of motion principles and basic animation.
• Experience designing for 360 campaigns, digital environments, and social media ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of marketing and communication strategies and customer-centric thinking.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) and good English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to define design standards such as accessibility and content structure.
• A passion for design trends, digital innovation, and delivering excellent user experiences.

• Take ownership of the visual line of the brand and ensure visual excellence in all communications.
• Transform creative briefs and business needs into high-impact visual concepts.
• Develop customer-centric and personalized communications (commercial, operational, and content-related).
• Define and implement brand assets, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Supervise adherence to brand guidelines in all visual outputs.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, including paid and owned media, and other departments to ensure timely and aligned execution.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor landscape, and new design methodologies.
• Prepare and present design proposals to internal stakeholders.
