ABOUT THE JOB
- Collaborate with the Technical Manager, Product Manager, and Product Designer to develop a cutting-edge web platform.
- Design and implement new features and enhancements for the system.
- Analyze and clarify product requirements; contribute to product and design reviews.
- Ensure code quality and alignment with established standards and best practices.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for long-term scalability.
- Participate in architecture discussions, peer code reviews, and continuous improvement processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and system limitations.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
- Contribute actively to technical decision-making and problem-solving across the team.
About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in web development.
- Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory); familiarity with other languages such as Elixir, Ruby, or Go is a plus.
- Experience working with Redis and Elasticsearch; understanding of caching mechanisms is a plus.
- Solid experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs, including authentication and authorization flows across multiple device sessions.
- Good knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL; familiarity with MySQL or NoSQL is an advantage.
- Experience with Git for version control.
- Exposure to front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, SASS, and ReactJS.
- Understanding of eCommerce and SaaS platforms is highly valued.
- Experience integrating with third-party CRMs is a plus.
- Quick to grasp new technologies and committed to pushing boundaries for performance and reliability.
- Comfortable working in agile environments with continuous deployment and frequent release cycles.
