Social Media Marketing Specialist

Position Overview:

We seek a proactive Social Media Specialist with 4+ years of experience in video creation, graphic design, content, and brand marketing. The ideal candidate must have exceptional English skills and the ability to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content. Experience with AI tools for graphics and video creation is a plus.

Work Details:

• Work Location: Remote
• Work Hours: 5pm IST to 2am IST
• Compensation: 40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Design:

• Develop engaging long-form and short-form video content.
• Design eye-catching graphics for social media, ads, and digital materials using AI and traditional design tools.

Content & Brand Marketing:

• Plan and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Write compelling content for social media postings and videos.
• Ensure campaign alignment with branding goals.

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

• Manage and grow the brand’s presence on YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and track performance.

Quality Control & Validation:

• Ensure all content is original, high-quality, and aligned with brand standards.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Use analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in video creation, graphic design, content marketing, and social media management.
• Expertise in social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in design and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI tools for graphics and video creation.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms.
• Exceptional English communication skills.
• Ability to create both long and short-form videos.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing error-free work.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in brand storytelling and audience engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools like Sprout Social, Hoot-suite & Meta Business suite.
