Marketing Director

The Marketing Director is responsible for supporting and assisting in the coordination of the timely, consistent, and high-quality creation of marketing tools, collateral, and assisting with the development of long-term marketing strategies and tactics.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — deeply fluent in modern marketing technologies, AI-driven content creation and automation tools, analytics platforms, and digital engagement strategies. This leader will continuously evaluate emerging marketing innovations and integrate scalable solutions that increase efficiency, performance, and measurable ROI.
Responsibilties:
- Supervise and support team members to develop, organize, schedule, and deliver all brand and marketing-related collateral and assets, including brochures, one-sheets, presentations, proposals, tradeshow marketing materials, websites, new logos sets, or any other materials that are needed to develop new business or maintain existing business.
- This position may oversee a small marketing team and partners cross-functionally with operations, executive leadership, clinical teams, and external vendors.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Champion the use of AI and marketing automation tools to streamline workflows, enhance personalization, improve targeting, and increase speed to market.
- Stay current on emerging marketing technologies, digital trends, and healthcare marketing best practices; proactively recommend and implement innovative solutions.
- Lead implementation and optimization of marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, analytics tools, and AI-based content and design solutions.
- Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution; provide regular executive-level reporting.
- Optimize digital engagement strategies including SEO, paid media, content marketing, and social platforms.
- Oversee the development, organization, and delivery of all marketing collateral and brand assets, including brochures, presentations, proposals, trade show materials, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Ensure consistent messaging across service lines, including home health, hospice, palliative care, senior living, and other healthcare verticals.
- Lead advertising planning, agency coordination, budget management, and vendor negotiations.
- Implement a scalable “Marketing Toolkit” to ensure consistent execution across markets.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with organizational growth priorities.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Business Development teams to support recruitment marketing and referral generation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Four (4) years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient computer skills, data entry, and the ability to access and work with a variety of social media outlets and other marketing websites.
- Superior presentation and marketing skills in explaining and describing the various lines of business and services.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, paid media, SEO, CRM integration, and performance tracking.
- Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Strong analytical, communication, and vendor management skills.
