Our client, a leading digital studio, is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy. This position will work closely with the leadership team to shape the brand narrative, boost market visibility, and drive client acquisition and revenue growth.

Duties Include:

• Bridge marketing and sales by designing and optimizing integrated workflows.
• Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with the studio’s mission and growth goals.
• Work closely with engineers and technical teams to align messaging and personalize marketing efforts for target personas. Focusing on web and software outsourcing or technology sectors.
• Collaborate with leadership, design, and project teams to ensure unified and consistent brand communication.
• Clearly articulate the studio’s unique value proposition and service offerings to different audience segments.
• Lead the planning, creation, and execution of content marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Track, analyze, and refine marketing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and effectiveness

The preferred candidate will have a experience in Web and Software Outsourcing, automation, marketing leadership roles, in software outsourcing, tech industries. As well as understanding of the digital landscape, from web development trends to digital user behaviour. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as be able to interact at all levels of business effectively.
