Position: Director of Marketing
Overview:
Our client are coming off the back of a significant funding round and are in a fast stage of growth. They on a mission to simplify and strengthen how organizations approach cybersecurity. In an environment where threats are constantly evolving, their modern solutions help enterprises stay ahead of risk—enabling security, compliance, and operational teams to protect their assets, reduce exposure, and scale with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and acquisition.
- Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns (including digital, email, content, webinars, and events) to attract and convert leads.
- Drive product marketing initiatives, including go-to-market planning, messaging, and competitive positioning.
- Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns, boost conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
- Employ A/B testing and other methods to refine tactics and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with business objectives and support new product launches.
- Help establish the company’s reputation as an industry thought leader and trusted innovator.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in leading B2B marketing functions with a strong emphasis on demand generation and product marketing within the cybersecurity ecosystem, working with a vendor.
- Background in fast-paced startups or scaling companies is highly desirable. (Seed/Series A/Series B preferred)
- Experience within Identity and Access Management would be highly beneficial, or adjacent technologies
- Strategic thinker with a track record of executing marketing plans that deliver tangible business impact.
- Comfortable using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Adaptable and creative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving in dynamic environments.
